Why is Locker Room Important to you?

I think it's really important to have these types of conversations and share our stories. It brings us together, makes us stronger and it definitely helps me feel less isolated and alone.

If you had the chance, what’s something you’d like to tell your 16 year-old self?

You don’t need to have all the answers or be perfect all the time. It’s ok to just give it a go and figure it out along the way. The process is half the fun.

What does success look like to you?

Success to me is about doing work that is meaningful and that I’m proud of, whether that be for causes that I’m passionate about or helping other businesses grow. Getting paid to do what I love is great too!

How does your job fit into your life - does it feel like a 9-5, or maybe it’s more of a calling?

It fluctuates between the two for me. I try to keep strict hours as time away from work is just as important to me but I feel like sometimes I never really switch off. Even if it’s subconscious, I’m always looking at something or thinking about things in the background.
