Why is Locker Room Talk important to you?

This show is important because it's creating an encouraging & supportive space for women, which is vital!

Is there a topic or issue that you wished we all talked about more openly?

The mental health stigma is a huge one. I think it's getting better but we're definitely not quite there yet.
I hope in the future we all can be more accepting & non-judgemental & have an openness & kindness to what people are going through.

If you had the chance, what’s something you’d like to tell your 16 year-old self?

Don't worry so much & don't compare yourself to others! (Although realistically I am still quite often telling myself these things).
It's too easy to get wrapped up in all the small silly stuff & stress out & compare myself to others, but I just have to remember there's no rush, everyone is on their own path & that I'm the best me that there is.

What's something you'd like to see in your dream locker room?

An array of nice different scented soaps, lush towels & a really good moisturiser! Can you tell I've barely been to a locker room?
