Have Patience With All Things

Women around the world are constantly bombarded by the social expectations and the pressure can be intense. This art piece is a self reminder – it is TOTALLY OKAY not to see the result straight away! A lot of things take time and practice. The ability to wait without feeling frustrated in the face of adversity require practice and is a useful skill to have. Patience is a virtue and cultivating it can improve our mental health and well being.
